Zoe is an Advocate – Legal Consultant at Patricianserve Ltd, the corporate services arm of Patrikios Legal. With over 15 years of experience in our firm, she advises both local and international clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including company formation, administration, and banking-related matters.

Working closely with clients as a trusted legal advisor, Zoe supports them from setting up their structures to managing day-to-day operations and navigating complex changes. She provides guidance on legal, financial, and regulatory matters, including corporate governance, compliance, banking relationships, and organizational planning.

She is also the responsible professional within the firm for managing the legal and financial aspects of company closure (liquidation and striking off) in accordance with Cyprus Companies Law. Zoe is experienced in both voluntary and compulsory liquidations, including handling complex insolvency cases. Her role includes the cooperation and coordination with the licensed insolvency practitioners and all parties and authorities involved in the liquidation/striking off process from the preliminary stage to the completion of the process, the handling and follow up of the liquidation/striking off process, the preparation of all documents and reports for the conducting of the liquidation/striking off process at all stages and all submissions to the Registrar of Companies and the Department of Insolvency.

Zoe has been also recognised by Legal 500 as ‘’very responsive and sharp’’.

In addition to her professional work, Zoe is actively involved in the legal community and as a member of the International Association for the Protection of Human Rights in Cyprus, she organised and participated in many conferences, seminars and meetings under the auspices of the Council of Europe and the European Court of Human Rights in Cyprus and abroad.
