Stavroulla Nicolaou has been an associate and legal consultant at Patrikios Legal since being admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2019. Since then, she has acquired an extensive amount of knowledge in the fields of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on banking and finance, compliance/due diligence, M&AA review and drafting, dissolution of companies and real estate matters, while also preparing to register as an insolvency practitioner.

An active member of the Bar, Stavroulla maintains up to date with current legal matters and participates in international seminars and meetings, having recently completed an international exchange program in Paris with the European Lawyers Foundation (May, 2024) and drafting of articles on the Cyprus Tax Regime and current schemes for individuals and companies.

Stavroulla is recognised for her calm and practical demeanour, while maintaining a focus-oriented approach and exceptional coordinating abilities.
