Our Executive Chairman Stavros Pavlou, FCIArb, Bsc (Econ), Barrister, TEP and our Associate Salomi Stavrou wrote the Cyprus chapter of this guide, which provides a summary of the Cyprus Mediation Laws and offers a broad understanding of the challenges mediation faces in Cyprus, as well as, a forward-looking perspective, particularly in light of the recent legislative bill to make mediation mandatory before initiating court proceedings with regards to civil disputes of up to €10,000.
