Yvonne Solea is the Chief Operating Officer of Patrikios Legal, responsible for the firm’s operational strategy, internal structures, and the implementation of business development initiatives.

With over 25 years of experience in marketing and business management roles, Yvonne plays a key role in streamlining processes, enhancing firm efficiency, and supporting the execution of strategic goals. As a member of the Management Committee of the law firm, she works closely with the firm’s partners to ensure optimal performance across departments while upholding the firm’s high standards of professionalism and client care.

Yvonne collaborates with all departments to improve operational performance and efficiency, and she maintains direct daily interaction with the Marketing, Administration, IT and Human Resources teams to ensure alignment with the firm’s goals. She holds a BA in Business Administration & Management and an MA in Marketing. Her professional approach combines strong organisational acumen with a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and service excellence.
