Stavroulla Nicolaou is a Senior Associate at Patrikios Legal. She has been an associate and legal consultant at the firm since being admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2019. Since then, she has acquired extensive experience in the fields of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on banking and finance, compliance/due diligence, M&AA review and drafting, dissolution of companies and real estate matters.

An active member of the Bar, Stavroulla remains up-to-date with current legal developments and continues to enhance her professional development through participation in international seminars and meetings, while she has recently passed the Cyprus Insolvency Practitioners examination, enhancing her ability to support clients with practical, well-structured solutions in complex insolvency and restructuring cases.
