The Cyprus Fiduciary Association (CYFA) organizes a two-day seminar on the “Cyprus International Trusts: The role, duties and liabilities of Trustees”, featuring Mr Stavros Pavlou and Mrs Stella Strati as speakers.

The seminar will be held on 25 and 26 November 2019 in Nicosia and Limassol respectively, and aims in providing an in-depth analysis of all matters relating to the role, duties and liabilities of Trustees under the relevant legislation. A more practical aspect of the Cyprus International Trusts will be reviewed through the examination of real case study scenarios.

The seminar is aimed at employees of ASPs, advocates and other professionals involved in the set-up, operation, management and administration of trusts.
