This year on 12 February 2026, we celebrated ‘Tsiknopempti’, one of the most beloved days of the Apókries (Greek Carnival season). Taking place on the second-to-last Thursday before Lent, Tsiknopempti — often translated as “Smokey Thursday” is a festive day dedicated to enjoying grilled food, music and good company before the fasting period begins.

To mark the occasion, we organised a special lunch for our team at a traditional taverna in Limassol. We enjoyed authentic Cypriot meze, live music and, most importantly, wonderful moments together outside the office. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, celebration and the true spirit of Carnival.
