Angeliki Epaminonda has been promoted to Partner

Angeliki joined our firm for her legal training in 2009, and she has since proven to be a highly committed individual. She stood out for her professionalism, dedication and integrity, and exceptional legal skills.

Angeliki holds an LLB Degree from Keele University (2008) and she has completed her legal practice course in Kaplan Law School in London a year later. After completing her training with our firm, she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association (2010). She practices in the Corporate and Banking and Finance departments of the firm and has extensive expertise on corporate financing transactions, M&As, restructurings, including local and cross-border re-organizations, security enforcements, capital markets, insurance regulation, and advising regulated entities, such as investment firms and funds. She is an expert on private and public corporate law matters, corporate governance, shareholder stake structuring, insolvency, employment schemes and trusts. Angeliki produces the ICMA-SLRC Industry opinion for Cyprus for the last 10 years and she often advises on ISDA transactions and regulatory requirements.
